- Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in the property development or building industry
- Education: A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
Project executive/ engineer (with REVIT & Drafting experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or a related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction projects or a similar role with significant drafting responsibilities
- Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: Individuals with 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Education: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Executive in the construction industry
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination, specifically within the building construction industry.
