Needs: Client want to drive in spun pile with cut of level (COL) @ 12m below ground in order to save the pile wastage.
Problem: Client has no idea on how to reduce waste from the pile penetration progress.
Solution: We proposed and designed 12m dolly to drive in spun pile with 12m dolly and dolly extraction method upon drive in.
Saving: 700nos 600mm dia 12m spun pile worth Approx. RM 2.5mil .
