Needs: The original piling system failed due to complicated ground. We provide design and build and value engineering (VE) for this project.
Problem: The cost and time were overrun due to the failure of the pile system.
Solution: We provided simpler solution which can save time and cost, but the value of the outcome will be increased at the same time.
